Your main tasks
-
Design and implementation of modern testing strategies for cloud-native applications and AI-based systems

Development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks (API, UI, end-to-end, data processing)

Validation of ML models, including output tests, edge cases, model drift, and explainability where applicable

Execution of functional, exploratory, performance, and scalability tests
-
Collaboration with development, DevOps, and data science to integrate quality throughout the entire product lifecycle
-
Use of CI/CD environments (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) to ensure fast feedback cycles
-
Further development of our test infrastructure and introduction of new tools and methods
Technical skills and qualifications
-
At least 5 years of experience in test automation, ideally in cloud environments

Very good programming skills in Python or comparable languages as well as experience with PyTest, Selenium, Cypress, Tosca, JUnit/TestNG

Experience in testing AI/ML systems or data-driven applications

Understanding of modern software architectures, microservices, and agile development processes

Experience with AWS/Azure (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3), databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB
-
Team player with a high degree of personal responsibility and quality awareness

Knowledge of ML testing tools is an advantage

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code
-
Background in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) is an advantage
-
ISTQB certification (Foundation/Advanced) is required.

Fluency in German AND English is required, both spoken and written.
